To attract, sustain and manage the workforce and optimize the potential of employees while maximizing the organization’s effectiveness, FemiBoyede Consulting Limited was delighted to conduct a three-day intensive training for the senior management staff of the Human Resources Department of Nigerian Airspace Management Agency (NAMA).

It was beneficial training as many participants found better ways to improve their productivity and methods to create a healthy workplace culture.

The theme, HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT FOR HIGHER PRODUCTIVITY, occurred at the Lagos Airport Hotel Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria, in February 2023.
